Now I know what you are thinking "she's mad" but let me say that I do not truly believe this to be 100% true but the idea occurred to me and I have to say that it has stuck. So don't kill for saying it until you read this and look at the facts that I am going with.

FACT 1= Lucius went to Azkaban in OOTP.

FACT 2= JKR said that Narcissa will play a bigger part in the upcoming books since Lucius is in jail.

FACT 3= After the disaster in the Ministry of Magic a few Death Eaters are missing. Now I can't really remember all their names but no one from jail is heard about.

FACT 4= Azkaban was once the home of the Dementors.

FACT 5= The Dementors are now in LV's service.

FACT 6= OOTP saw a mass breakout of 10 high security prisoners. Who rejoined their masters service. NO ONE but Sirius Black has broken out of Azkaban. And 100 dementors came looking for him. When the 10 broke out not 1 dementor was seen.

FACT 7=NO ONE but Barty Crouch Sr was allowed to see the prisoners. And it was only because of Crouch's job that he got to do it.

So lets put these together. Dear old Lucius is caught and put in Azkaban with a few other friends. Narcissa steps up and takes on the role of mum and dad to nasty Draco. Now that the dementors are gone who is guarding the prison? We aren't told. But if it isn't guarded then why is Lucius still in there? And if is guarded then why didn't Narcissa or LV break him out? This to me is very important. LV broke out 10 followers before so why not now? Narcissa never tells anyone that she has been to see Lucius in fact all she says about him is it wasn't his fault about what happened in the Ministry. We do know that LV doesn't forgive nor does he forget. We know that he punishes those who fail him and if in most things in life it is 3 strikes and you're out then Lucius is a dead man.

Strike 1= He placed the diary/horcrux in Hogwarts at the wrong time and it was destroyed because of it.

Strike 2= He never went to look for his master after he fell. He slipped back into life as if he didn't do anything.

Strike 3= He failed to get the prophecy.

So Lucius is in jail and waiting for his master to came and get him but instead of getting him out LV kills him because he has failed him to many times. Now LV goes to Narcissa and says give me Draco or you will all die. Draco really does take his fathers place. What is there to stop LV from doing this? Like I've said this isn't 100% me believing but it could be true. So any thoughts?
